

Through her Profane Bloom skill, the enemies killed by the Occultist or her minions have a 40% chance of exploding and dealing chaos damage to surrounding enemies. The Occultist is able to deal cold, curse, and chaos damage over an extended period of time, and all of her passives provide Energy Shield. She is great for crowd control as in addition to using all three elements, she can also summon golems.

Shaper of Flames, Storms, and Winters are all-powerful elemental magic skills that will always guarantee a status ailment. The Elementalist is a pure offense character with powerful magical tricks up her sleeve. The Elementalist, as the name implies, is a witch whose attacks and passives revolve around casting elemental magic and dealing massive elemental damage. With several of her skills buffing Attacks, the movement speed of her minions is also boosted with increased defense through the Mindless Aggression. Through skills like Plaguebringer and Corpse pact, the Necromancer can launch Minion-based attacks over a larger area of effect, with allies also receiving a 10% boost in Attack power while taking 10% less damage from enemies as long as there is at least one corpse nearby. The Necromancer is a Summoner witch, as most of her passives revolve around dealing Minion damage. Although there are three Ascendency classes of witches in Path of Exile, each witch’s power can be based on either dealing Fire, Ice, Lightning damage, or Summoning minions. Since they are magic users, they specialize in long-ranged attacks rather than engaging in close-combats with enemies. The Witch class relies entirely on Intelligence, dealing elemental damage to enemies through their practice of dark arts.
